Life care Hospital Management System Project in Asp.Net is a software application developed for hospital which is useful for managing doctors and patients ( in patients and out patients ), staff  details.

Life care Hospitals has a paperwork and a manual preservation of data related to management and billings. They needed a software which can help them reduce their burden thus making their hospital semi-technological. This project is created it the view of storing, retrieving, updating, deleting records of patients, doctors, staff etc. Patients here are of two types viz.  In Patients (the ones who come for a treatment and stays) and Out Patients(the ones who come for a treatment and a regular checkup). Out Patients need their data to be stored and retrieved when necessary.
As their billing requires Doctor’s Fees, it is collected manually. So the scope for Out Patient is far less in this project. The InPatient is given his Admission ID once he is admitted in a ward and a ward is allotted to him. His data is stored in the system and retrieved when necessary. The In Patient needs to be in hospital and thus his treatment charges and ward charges along with number of days he stays are all calculated and the receipt is generated accordingly.
Doctors take their fees manually but they need to keep their records in database. Each doctor has a specific ID. His data is stored in the system and retrieved when necessary. The hospital has a variety of staff in various departments. There are different wards which have a specific accommodation for Inpatients.

Hospital Management System Project Overview:

Login Form:
 This form is the first form to be opened in the software. Ii’s purpose is to accept login details of the user. A user enters his username and password. Once the verification process is over,  next Form opens.

Home Screen:

This form is the Home Screen of the software. It has various links to different forms. Its menu bar has different segregation which altogether makes our software.

Patients Form:

These forms are used to accept details of the patients viz. InPatients and OutPatients.
